AI Voice Agents for Dubai & the UAE
Your callers switch between Arabic, English, Hindi and Tagalog — often inside one sentence. AI Placers answers in whichever they start with, books straight into your calendar, and dials inside TDRA's rules rather than around them.
What is AI Placers?
AI Placers is a multilingual 24/7 AI voice agent for UAE businesses. It answers inbound calls in Arabic or English — plus Hindi, Urdu, Tagalog and Malayalam — qualifies the caller, books appointments into your calendar or clinic system, and escalates complex calls to staff. Pricing is outcome-based — you pay per booked job, not per minute — starting at USD $199/month (about AED 730). TDRA and PDPL aligned.

From Call to Booked Appointment
Three steps, in order. Most customers are taking live calls inside a week.
- 01
Point your number at us
Keep your existing UAE number — forward it or port it. No-code setup, typically live the same week.
- 02
Train it on your business, in your languages
Hours, services, pricing and escalation rules, delivered in Gulf or Modern Standard Arabic and English. It detects the caller's language and switches mid-call.
- 03
It books, you show up
Writes to your calendar, CRM or clinic system, sends the WhatsApp or SMS confirmation, and files a transcript and summary. Complex calls warm-transfer to your team.
TDRA & PDPL Rules, Handled Properly
AI calling is fully legal in the UAE and regulated the same way human telemarketing is — technology-neutral. Here is what applies and what we do about each.
| Rule | What it requires | What AI Placers does |
|---|---|---|
| TDRA Decisions 56/2024 & 57/2024 | The UAE telemarketing framework. Outbound campaigns need prior approval from your licensing authority, and calls must be placed from a number registered to your company. | We dial only on numbers registered to your entity, and support the documentation your licensing authority asks for. |
| Calling hours: 09:00–18:00 | Outbound marketing calls are restricted to daytime hours. | Calling windows enforced in the platform — outbound campaigns cannot dial outside them. Inbound answering runs 24/7 and is unaffected. |
| TDRA Do-Not-Call Registry | Numbers on the registry must be screened out before dialing. | Automatic DNCR scrubbing on every outbound campaign. |
| Call recording with notice | Recording is lawful with proper notification and a lawful basis. | Recording notice delivered at the start of every call, in the caller's language. |
| UAE PDPL — Federal Decree-Law 45 of 2021 | Federal personal data protection law covering consent, purpose limitation and data subject rights. | Encryption in transit and at rest, data managed in-house, never shared with third parties or used to train outside models. |
| DIFC & ADGM data protection regimes | Free-zone entities fall under their own data protection laws rather than — or alongside — the federal PDPL. | Free-zone-appropriate data processing terms available; Enterprise includes a dedicated Data Protection Officer. |
| Penalties for getting it wrong | Telemarketing violations carry fines from AED 10,000 to AED 150,000 per violation. | Guardrails are enforced by the platform, not left to operator discipline. |
What It Replaces
The honest comparison, including what each option cannot do.
| Option | Cost | Coverage | Catch |
|---|---|---|---|
| Multilingual receptionist | AED 60,000–120,000/yr + visa & housing | One shift, two languages at best | Visa sponsorship, turnover, Ramadan cover |
| Offshore call centre | Per-seat monthly | Script-bound, accent mismatch | No booking, weak CRM write-back |
| Voicemail / WhatsApp only | AED 0 | Loses the phone caller entirely | Many Gulf buyers still call first |
| AI Placers | From USD $199/mo (~AED 730) | Every call, every language, in parallel | Books, qualifies, escalates, logs |
Priced in USD; roughly AED 1,100 and AED 2,570 per month at prevailing rates. Telephony (Twilio / Telnyx), custom Arabic voices and knowledge-base costs are billed separately. See full pricing.

Frequently Asked Questions
The questions the UAE buyers actually ask before they sign.
Is AI cold calling legal in the UAE?+
Yes, and it's regulated exactly like human telemarketing — the rules are technology-neutral. Under TDRA Decisions 56/2024 and 57/2024 you need prior approval from your licensing authority, calls must run between 09:00 and 18:00, numbers must be screened against the TDRA Do-Not-Call Registry, calls must be recorded with notice, and you must dial from a number registered to your company. Fines run from AED 10,000 to AED 150,000 per violation. Inbound answering has none of these restrictions.
Does it really speak Arabic, or English with an Arabic accent?+
Real Arabic — Gulf dialect or Modern Standard, your choice — plus English, Hindi, Urdu, Tagalog and Malayalam. It detects which language the caller opens in and can switch mid-call when the caller does.
Which data protection law applies to us?+
Depends where you're licensed. Mainland entities fall under the federal PDPL (Federal Decree-Law 45 of 2021). DIFC and ADGM entities fall under their own data protection laws. Financial firms have additional DFSA or FSRA retention obligations. We provide processing terms appropriate to each, and Enterprise includes a dedicated Data Protection Officer.
Can it handle Ramadan and the Saturday–Sunday weekend?+
Yes. Hours, greetings and escalation rules are configurable by date range, so you can shift the whole schedule for Ramadan without rebuilding the agent.
Will it work with our Dubai real estate CRM?+
Professional includes Salesforce, HubSpot and Zapier, which covers most brokerage stacks. Enterprise adds custom API integration for property-specific systems.
How much does it cost in dirhams?+
Pricing is outcome-based: you pay per booked job, not per minute or per seat. It starts at USD $199/month — roughly AED 730 — for up to 25 booked jobs — $7.96 per booked job at the top of that band — and the effective rate falls to $3.30 per booked job at the highest volume. Minutes and seats are unlimited on every band and there is no setup fee. Telephony and custom Arabic voices are billed separately.
Do we need a UAE phone number?+
We support UAE number forwarding and porting, and dialing from a number registered to your company is a TDRA requirement for outbound anyway.
How long does setup take?+
No-code setup, usually live within the week. It starts with a free two-week proof-of-concept, no credit card required, during which we size the right volume band with you.
What happens on a complex call?+
It warm-transfers to a human on your team using rules you set, and leaves a transcript and summary either way.
