   Every call is recorded and transcribed. You see what it answered, what it booked, and what it escalated to a human.

   At the end of the fortnight we show you the booked jobs. Continue on an outcome-based plan, or walk away and keep the bookings.

Why we run it this way

A scripted demo tells you the voice sounds human. It does not tell you whether the agent books the job when a customer rings at 9pm with a burst pipe, or whether it hands over cleanly when someone asks something it should not answer. Only your own calls settle that.

It is also how we size your plan honestly. Pricing is per booked job rather than per minute, so we need to see your real booking volume before quoting a band. Most accounts start on the AI receptionist for inbound calls and add the AI appointment setter for outbound follow-up once the inbound side is proven.

Is the two-week proof-of-concept really free?

AI Placers runs a free two-week proof-of-concept: we build and train an AI receptionist on your business, point it at your real calls, and you keep every booking it makes. No credit card, no setup fee, and no commitment when the two weeks end.

Do I need to give a credit card?

No. Nothing is collected up front and there is no auto-conversion to a paid plan. At the end of the two weeks we show you what the agent booked and you decide whether to continue.

What do you need from me to start?

A phone number to forward or port, your calendar, your service list and pricing, and roughly thirty minutes on a call. We build and train the agent from that — you do not configure anything yourself.

Does it run on my real calls or a demo line?

Your real line. A demo proves the voice sounds human; only live calls prove it books work. You can start with overflow and after-hours calls if you would rather not move your main number on day one.

What happens to the bookings it makes during the trial?

They are yours. They land in your calendar during the two weeks and stay there afterwards whether or not you continue.

What does it cost if I continue?

Pricing is outcome-based: you pay per booked job, not per minute or per seat, from $199 a month for up to 25 booked jobs. The proof-of-concept is also how we size the right volume band with you.
